Nate helped us purchasing a house in Chula Vista area. We were very particular on what kind of house we wanted to buy, a single story house in Otay Ranch area, with large rooms, a master bedroom must be away from others, etc..... very particular, difficult customers.... HOWEVER, he was very accommodating on our needs, he understood our requests and did a lot of researches for us. He never tried to sell what we don't want just because it was there, he put all his energies to find what we want. His extensive knowledge on real estate helped us negotiate with a seller as well. We were in a very complex situation when we put a bid in, but he guided us through every step. He always looked after us, not anybody else. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs help on purchasing/selling houses.

First time home buyer. Nate took the time to sit me down an explain the entire process from early planning all the way through until the end of escrow. He did this before i was his client out of curtesy and followed through on every aspect. We purchased a two bedroom Condo and had to battle with another offer on the property.
